How CoachX Works
From understanding you to designing personalized training — the complete AI coaching process
psychology How We Understand You
When you sign up, the system automatically fetches your past week of training data. Your coach analyzes them to determine your current status.
- Pace and heart rate across different intensity zones
- Training habits — preferred days, weekly volume, long run distance
- What type of running you prefer and how often you train
Tell your coach more about yourself through the About Me section for deeper personalization.
- How long you've been running — complete beginner or returning after a break
- Any injuries or physical limitations
- Your goals, availability, and running preferences
Every week, the system reassesses your previous week of training to update your profile — keeping your paces, volume recommendations, and readiness always current.
If you feel the coach's prescribed paces are too fast or too slow, just tell them directly. They'll update your profile immediately and adjust future workouts.

- Completed sessions sync back to CoachX automatically
No watch? The CoachX mobile app records GPS, heart rate and pace from your phone. Launching soon on iOS and Android.
