Analysis of your training data, wellness metrics, and progress

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CoachX. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are physically able to participate in the activities you undertake.

4. User Obligations

As a user of CoachX, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your fitness level and health
Keep your account credentials secure and not share your account
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not misuse or attempt to disrupt it

5. Subscription and Payment

CoachX offers free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by the following providers depending on how you subscribe:

Web subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy
In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play and managed through RevenueCat

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For in-app purchases, subscriptions and refunds are managed through your Apple or Google account and are subject to their policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by CoachX, excluding your personal data, are owned by CoachX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
